A leading real estate firm in Dubai seeks a highly experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and empower their sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of real estate experience in Dubai, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ real estate experience in Dubai.
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership or team-management role.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai’s off‑plan and/or secondary market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • RERA certification is a plus.
