Job description

Our client, a power solutions company based in Dubai is looking for a General Manager – Sales (Power Generation).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Sales Manager and Engineers for overall Revenue targets
  • Should have extensive know how about Customers in Middle East
  • Ensure all customer required data, opportunity details are managed and maintained in line with Company procedures
  • Review forecast and other monthly sales management information
  • Prepare Territory Sales Plans (TSP) for the assigned accounts as per the territory or market sector in line with Company procedures
  • Provide regular up to date information regarding competitors’ activity in the power generation market within the Middle East region
  • Negotiate contracts and secure orders
  • Monitor and analyze key accounts related legislation to anticipate potential impactsDisplays a commitment to Overall Operational Excellence activities and responsible for P&L
  • Identify new territory or market sectors within the Middle East region
  • Develop a comprehensive sales and marketing plan for defining new and existing key accounts
  • Monitor, control and achieve sales revenue against budgeted targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Engineering preferably
  • Able to read, write and speak English language fluently
  • Need to have valid MIDDLE EAST driving license
  • Experience in Middle East market for minimum of 10 to 15 years in Engineering Equipment sale and business development.
