Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Fit‑Out Sales Manager to develop and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive the sales process for commercial and industrial fit‑out projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of proven experience in the fit-out industry, a strong ability to negotiate and close deals, and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions to clients.

Job Summary

One of our clients in Abu Dhabi is looking for Fit‑Out Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the sales process for commercial and industrial fit‑out projects. The role requires a deep understanding of interior fit‑outs, the ability to work with clients from initial concept through to project completion, and a proven track record in sales within the construction or fit‑out sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Development: Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the fit‑out industry. Develop relationships with new and existing clients, contractors, and architects.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored fit‑out solutions. Offer expert advice on design, materials, and functionality.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project management and design teams to ensure seamless project execution from the sales process to completion.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining profitability. Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including drafting contracts, finalizing project specifications, and signing agreements.
  • Market Research: Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, new materials, technologies, and industry developments. Use this knowledge to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Managing Director. Track progress against targets and KPIs.
