- American Board Certification or equivalent (CCT, European Boards)
- Minimum 1-year fellowship in relevant subspecialty (for Trauma roles)
- Social Workers, Child Life Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech & Occupational Therapists
- Perfusionists, Dietitians, Cardiovascular Technologists & Technicians
- Echo Cardiographers, ECG Technicians, Neurophysiologists, Genetic Counsellors
- Internationally trained professionals with a passion for pediatric and trauma care
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills
- Arabic language skills preferred for psychiatry roles
- Female candidates encouraged for select pediatric roles
