Marketing Manager
Job summary
A leading advisory firm in Dubai seeks a Marketing Specialist to design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for UAE entrepreneurs and businesses. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of marketing experience, particularly in B2B services, and strong CRM tool proficiency. You will manage campaigns across multiple platforms and collaborate with various teams to align marketing goals with business objectives. Salary negotiable between 13,500 AED and 16,000 AED, plus other benefits as per UAE laws.

- Design and implement 360° marketing strategies.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across various platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams.

- Design and implement 360° marketing strategies across insurance, banking DSA, and business setup domains.
- Tailor campaigns to resonate with UAE-based entrepreneurs, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Improve ROI through A / B testing, performance analytics, and funnel optimization.
- Coordinate lead generation with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, or Mailchimp.
- Establish a unified brand voice and messaging strategy across platforms.
- Own the content calendar, blogs, landing pages, social media, and email journeys.
- Manage relationships with SEO specialists, PR agencies, creatives, and videographers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Build custom dashboards and provide regular performance insights to stakeholders.
- Suggest growth hacks and actionable insights from marketing analytics.
- 5+ years in marketing (preferably in B2B services, fintech, or insurance).
- Graduate in Marketing / Any stream.
- Track record of running high ROI campaigns and managing multiple vendors.
- Skilled in SEO, SEM, content strategy, and conversion funnel design.
- Strong CRM / email marketing exposure (Zoho / HubSpot / Mailchimp or similar).
- Prior experience in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial builder, ready to set the tone, scale fast, and wear multiple hats.
- Strategic yet hands on you can both think big and execute swiftly.
- Analytical thinker with creative flair and strong project management skills.
- Salary: 13,500 AED to 16,000 AED negotiable
- All other benefits per UAE laws - visa, medical insurance and others for self only. No family benefits.
