The role involves developing sales strategies, mentoring the sales team, managing client relationships, and coordinating with manufacturers. Applicants should have 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Abu Dhabi market, and possess a valid UAE driving license. The position requires strong leadership and negotiation skills, with an immediate joining date.

Responsibilities
- Identify new clients, generate enquiries, follow up, and close deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for smooth communication and technical support.
- Handle vendor registration with government entities.
- Estimate project costs and prepare cost summaries.
- Develop competitive and timely pricing strategies.
- Select products in compliance with project specifications.
