The ideal candidate will lead the sales team drive membership growth and ensure exceptional service standards for female members. Key Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team membership targets.
- Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations and report directly to senior management.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Oversee sales activities to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills
- 35 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating a high‑performing sales team.
- Ability to conduct effective team training and coaching sessions.
- Strong passion for fitness and wellness with knowledge of gym operations and programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
