Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve contract sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MENA region.
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Qualifications
  • Proven minimum 5 years experience as a Contract Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages relevant to the MENA region are a plus.
  • Male, 30 to 40 years old.
  • Lebanese national.
