A Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for replenishing refreshment centers and maintaining inventory in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Mini Bar Attendant, your responsibilities include:

• Inventory all guest mini-bars daily and post charges to the room before guest departure.
• Regularly clean and defrost mini-bars.
• Inspect equipment for proper functioning; report repairs to the Engineering Department.
• Maintain stock levels of mini-bar items; reorder as necessary.
• Stock the mini-bar cart daily to meet par levels.
• Perform cleaning tasks following health and safety standards.
