Job summary

A leading protective coatings firm is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their business across the GCC region. The role requires extensive experience in B2B sales and a strong technical background in coating systems. The successful candidate will manage key projects, build relationships with major industrial customers, and ensure product specifications are met across various sectors including oil & gas and infrastructure. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and ideally certifications in corrosion protection.

Qualifications

• 7 - 10 years of B2B sales experience in protective coatings or related sectors.
• Hands-on experience with coating standards such as ISO 8501/8502/12944, SSPC/NACE, ASTM.
• Existing relationships within the GCC market.

Responsibilities

• Drive product specification and approval with EPC contractors and consultants.
• Develop and execute the GCC regional strategy to achieve targets.
• Monitor competitive product offerings and pricing strategies.
