The senior data Analyst will lead data analysis and reporting efforts that support academic operations, strategic planning, institutional research, market studies, institutional and operational performance management and process optimization, enabling data-driven decision-making and compliance with accreditation and ranking requirements.
Minimum Qualifications and Education
Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Institutional Research, or related discipline
Business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Project management
12+ years of experience in data analytics / institutional research, preferably in higher education with a demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and improving processes related to academic operations
Experienced in managing or contributing to large and/or complex datasets, integrating data from multiple sources (e.g. SIS, LMS, ERP, student support systems), and ensuring quality/integrity of that data.
Proven track record in developing dashboards, predictive models, or tools to aid leadership decision-making.
Experienced in survey design, administration and analysis, especially with academic surveys (student satisfaction, course evaluation, alumni, employers) and following up on action plans.
