A renowned hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Culinary Manager to oversee kitchen operations. Responsibilities include menu development, staff training, and compliance with food safety regulations. Candidates should possess a college degree in Hotel Management and at least 3 years of culinary management experience. To ensure that all outlet reports schedules standard recipes menus food presentation photographs and correspondence are completed in liaison with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chefs in an accurate and punctual manner.
