We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development, maintenance, and performance optimization of e-commerce and brand websites built on Shopify and integrated with platforms like Amazon, ERP, and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in both front-end and back-end development, a solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and manage full-stack development across all brand and e-commerce websites (Shopify).
• Ensure seamless integration between websites and backend systems (ERP, CRM, analytics, and payment gateways).
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
• Monitor websites regularly for uptime, loading speed, and technical issues; apply bug fixes as needed.
• Implement e-commerce best practices across platforms, focusing on checkout flows and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams including designers to integrate front-end visuals and maintain brand consistency.
• Maintain site security and data integrity across all web properties.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for web-related challenges.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of full-stack web development experience, with proven Shopify expertise.
• Proficient in Shopify in a must.
• Strong experience with ERP (SAP or similar platforms preferred).
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, website speed optimization tools, and performance metrics.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and platforms with high attention to detail.
• Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED12,000.00 per month
