Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen operations. You will support menu development, supervise kitchen staff, maintain kitchen safety and hygiene standards, and collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications
  • 1–2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five‑star hotels.
  • Strong attention to detail and flexibility.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
