Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager with valid TAX and VAT certifications to manage the company's tax planning, compliance, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will ensure all tax-related activities are conducted in line with applicable laws and regulations while optimizing tax strategies and minimizing tax liabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with all local, regional, and international tax laws, including VAT regulations.
• Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, etc.).
• Manage tax audits and handle communications with tax authorities.
• Advise on tax implications of business activities, contracts, and new projects.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments and assess potential impact.
• Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tax-related matters.
• Collaborate with external auditors and consultants as needed.
• Train and support internal teams on tax compliance and VAT regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience as a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Accountant.
• Valid TAX and VAT certifications.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and laws, especially in the GCC (or relevant region).
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate, retail, or multinational corporations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
