• Carry out minor periodic service maintenance as per MG Guidelines & IEM SOP.
• Repair or replace worn and faulty parts according to job orders.
• Perform Vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI).
• Use scanning tools (VDS) to read and erase faults.
• Assist repair and diagnostic technicians as required.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions.
• Maintain an inventory of standard technician tools.
• Provide clear write-ups of tasks performed, highlight comments, and inform superiors of any safety concerns.
• Clock in/out to assigned job orders as per standard procedure.
• Coordinate with Workshop Controller and Parts Advisor to obtain necessary parts.
• Follow instructions from superiors in line with company SOPs.
• Maintain a professional attitude, good appearance, and organized work area.
• Maintain company assets and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors.

• Education: High Diploma in Mechanics.
• Certification(s)/Training(s): Brand Advanced Technician Qualification Certification required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
• Skills & Abilities: Fluency in English; Arabic preferred. Computer literate with basic telephone and computer skills. Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. Commitment to safety, quality, and professional conduct.
