Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Indoor Sales / Receptionist at Oriana Aesthetic Clinic in Ras Al Khaimah. We are seeking candidates who excel in sales and have a welcoming, client-focused approach.

Her key responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and managing front desk operations
• Responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Proactively recommending and upselling clinic services and packages
• Providing exceptional client experiences in line with our high standards
• Collaborating with medical and aesthetic teams to address client needs

Qualifications

• Arabic speaker residing in Ras Al Khaimah
• Proven experience in sales, ideally in healthcare, beauty, or hospitality sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and strong client service mindset
• Confident in recommending and upselling treatments
• Organizational and time management skills
• Previous receptionist, front-desk, or customer-facing role experience required
• Familiarity with clinic management software is a plus
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is essential
