• Previous experience in a cold kitchen or similar role in a high-volume, luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of cold food preparation, plating techniques, and food safety practices.
• Creative flair and attention to detail, with a passion for crafting dishes that are as visually appealing as they are delicious.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
