- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Support different kitchen sections as needed (hot, cold, pastry, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving deliveries.
- Work as part of a team to meet service deadlines and guest expectations.
- Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Flexibility to work in different kitchen sections and across various locations in the UAE.
