- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to implement compliance in the kitchen

- Effective time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in cost and inventory management within a commercial kitchen setting
- Prior experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef is highly desirable
