Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the features, benefits, and unique selling points of furniture and beauty products in the showroom.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, product launches, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate the value of our products.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner, understanding needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer requirements and preferences.
  • Conduct product demonstrations or consultations to showcase the features and benefits of furniture and beauty items.
  • Sales and Targets:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
    • Actively engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
    • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities.
  • Customer Service:
    • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and efficiently.
    • Foster a positive shopping experience by providing excellent customer service and addressing customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure the showroom is well-organized, visually appealing, and products are effectively displayed.
  • Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage to highlight featured products.
  • Administrative Tasks:

    • Assist in inventory management, including restocking and product replenishment.
