This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Sales Manager to join a dynamic sales team and represent a premium brand within Dubai’s thriving real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and create growth strategies across multiple geographies.
  • Build and nurture a robust network of local and international real estate brokers and agencies.
  • Conduct negotiations and close sales with professionalism, transparency, and integrity.
  • Manage and update client data accurately using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Stay informed on local property trends, pricing, and buyer behaviours to guide customers effectively.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with company standards, policies, and UAE regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in real estate sales, ideally with a developer or brokerage firm .
  • Proven track record of success in off-plan property sales .
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its key players.
