About the job Business Development Manager

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Manager to join our client's team in Dubai, specializing in the sale of cloud-based products and services, particularly in AWS, Azure, GCP, and Microsoft 365, Veeam, Acronis etc. The ideal candidate will have extensive market knowledge of the UAE, a proven track record in engaging with enterprises and SMBs, managing a portfolio of at least 50 accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand the customer base in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and engaging with potential customers.
  • Utilize expertise in cloud products and services to effectively communicate offerings and benefits to clients.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities within the cloud services sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads, conduct market research, and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to successful conversion, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the IT Industry with minimum 2-5 years in Business Development/Sales, specifically within the cloud services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands‑on experience in selling AWS, Azure, GCP, and Microsoft 365 products and services.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the UAE market landscape, trends, and customer needs in relation to cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a diverse portfolio of enterprise and SMB accounts, preferably handling a minimum of 50 accounts simultaneously.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
