Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and support Clarion’s growth across sea, air, and land freight.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in sea, air, and land freight.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and referrals.
  • Prepare and present competitive quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations, pricing, and documentation teams for smooth delivery.
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs set by management.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Good understanding of international logistics, Incoterms, and documentation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM familiarity preferred
