1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2. Minimum 7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior role
3. Proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution
4. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, and analytics tools
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
