Procurement Officer jobs in United Arab Emirates

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to lead/act as the head of the Procurement Department with experience in handling contracts, purchase orders, inventories, logistics, and material calculations for turnkey projects.

• Supervise and manage the procurement team and activities.
• Review and process Contracts, and Purchase Requests
• Knowledge in calculating and allocating required materials for each project.
• Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee logistics and deliveries.
• Prepare regular procurement, inventory, and cost reports for monthly submission.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and project requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of procurement experience
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, BOQs, logistics and project coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office and inventory/procurement systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Must be willing to be assign in Abu Dhabi
