Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives, develop strategic business plans, and drive revenue growth across Clarion’s global freight network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across multiple trade lanes.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize commercial agreements.
  • Mentor junior sales staff and support team performance.
  • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely client billing and collection of outstanding payments.
  • Represent Clarion at industry events and forums.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
