Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead Clarion’s sales operations, manage key accounts, and drive regional business expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results.
  • Expand Clarion’s client base through targeted business development.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Oversee pricing, operations, and customer coordination.
  • Provide management with accurate forecasts and performance reports.
  • Ensure timely client invoicing and payment collections.
  • Represent Clarion in trade fairs, industry events, and business meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
