Overview of the Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be pivotal in extending the reach and influence of our brands by employing strategic digital marketing tactics across multiple platforms. Your role encompasses optimizing our website to enhance customer experience, managing eCommerce operations efficiently, and ensuring product and inventory data accuracy. By driving sales, maintaining rigorous reporting standards, and spearheading project launches—including new digital services and platforms—you will contribute to the ongoing success and innovation of the AFW&J business unit.

What You Will Do
  • Drive eCommerce net sales value and manage gross margin budget.
  • Achieve NSV targets consistently.
Digital Marketing
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for budget allocation in digital marketing.
  • Interpret analytics to strategize and implement tactics for brand awareness, audience targeting, acquisition, and conversions.
  • Achieve successful growth in brand awareness, traffic acquisition, and conversions.
Website Performance
  • Optimize website functionality and enrich product information on the front‑end.
  • Increase the use of multiple images across brands and maintain website performance.
  • Improve the customer checkout journey experience.
Product Management
  • Monitor product price and inventory accuracy daily.
  • Ensure inventory uploads align with SAP accuracy.
Project Management
  • Automate real‑time updates on Shopify.
  • Introduce new payment methods and create brand accounts across digital platforms.
  • Establish partnerships with affiliates and introduce new customer service options such as chat and order tracking.
  • Successfully launch mobile app on iOS and Android platforms.
eCommerce Operations
  • Collaborate with Process and Compliance team to update SOPs reflecting new processes.
  • Ensure SOPs are current and effective.
Reporting
  • Generate and circulate week‑to‑date, month‑to‑date, and year‑to‑date brand performance reports to Brand Managers.
  • Implement feedback received based on performance reports responsibly.
Required Skills To Be Successful
  • Proficiency in using Shopify backend for operations management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Shopify analytics for tracking performance.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Ability to strategize and execute ROI‑focused digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email.
What Qualifies You For The Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly with Shopify platforms.
  • Proven track record in managing eCommerce operations and website optimization.
  • Technical expertise in product catalog management, order processing, theme customization, app integrations, and customer support channels.
