① Undertake the group and regional brand creation leading strategy, aiming at 30% market share and 10% profit margin, and accelerate the business transformation in Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Yemen
② Deeply connect product lines to meet the needs of users in various countries, lead products, and continuously improve the competitiveness of the whole process
③ Accelerate the business model transformation in various countries, build national retail, marketing, product, after-sales service teams and capabilities, and deepen the transformation of retail and high-end
④ Assist in promoting distributors to build the best network, give customers the best experience, and deeply bind
⑤ Drive the direct delivery and distributor teams to the same goal, build a full-process incentive system, and drive the big goal
Qualifications
1.学历要求:本科及以上学历,管理、经济、电子信息等相关专业;
2.经验要求:8年以上家电销售及市场管理相关工作经验,有阿联酋及GCC相关行业销售管理经验者优先;
3.语言要求:英语熟练可以作为工作语言,独立进行商务谈判;
4.有独立对大客户沟通管理的策略,能主导和推动综合性项目;
5.有较强的组织管理、协调、沟通能力、系统思维能力、决策能力;
6.有较强的抗压和挫折能力,接受挑战
1. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, in management, economics, electronic information, or related fields;
2. Experience Requirements: More than 8 years of home appliances sales and market management experience, with preference given to those with sales management experience in the UAE and GCC-related industries;
3. Language Requirements: Proficient in English, capable of conducting independent business negotiations;
4. Has an independent strategy for communicating and managing major clients, able to lead and drive comprehensive projects;
5. Possesses strong organizational management, coordination, communication skills, systematic thinking, and decision-making abilities;
6. Has a strong ability to handle pressure and setbacks, and is willing to accept challenges.
