Regional Sales Manager

This role is Remote,United Arab Emirates

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for rapidly scaling our business in the region. You will represent our suite of Workforce Agility SaaS solutions, driving new business development, building strategic relationships, and nurturing our brand presence. This role is ideal for a senior sales leader with deep enterprise SaaS experience, a proven track record in the GCC market, and a passion for organizational transformation.

  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategy and territory plan for your assigned territory.
  • Business Development : Drive new SaaS subscription sales to large enterprises and strategic clients across industries (government, energy, finance, telco, etc.), positioning Cornerstone solutions for maximum impact.
  • Client Relationships : Build and nurture high-level relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, IT decision-makers, and influencers. Act as a trusted advisor on workforce transformation and digitalization.
  • Brand Ambassadorship : Maintain and advance Cornerstone's presence as a leading partner for workforce development and digital transformation; represent the company at industry events, panels, and conferences.
  • Pipeline Management : Own the sales funnel end-to-end; develop new leads, qualify opportunities, manage proposals, and close deals. Forecast revenue accurately and report regularly to the Director – Middle East.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and global sales teams to deliver a best-in‑class customer experience.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of local market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and emerging HR technologies in the region.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, or workforce agility solutions selling into 1,500-10,000 employee companies.
  • Proven success building and scaling sales in the region.
  • Strong established network within enterprise and public sectors.
  • Strong consultative selling skills; able to articulate business outcomes, ROI, and transformation value.
  • Native or fluent English required; (Arabic preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
