About The Role

As Sales Team Manager you will be driving the sales team’s effort across our flagship event Arabian Travel Market. You will also be in region lead for the launch of WTM Spotlight Riyadh and have responsibility for a number of large government accounts in the region.

You will lead and inspire a high‑performing sales team to drive revenue growth and maximize opportunities. You will support the development and execution of strategic sales plans, coach team members, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and build strong client and industry relationships. This role requires proven sales expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets across all product lines.
  • Use data‑driven insights to identify and act on revenue opportunities.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver outcome‑focused solutions.
  • Set a bold vision for the team, encouraging innovation and calculated risk‑taking.
  • Manage and forecast complex sales pipelines, market trends, and risks.
  • Take responsibility for floorplan management to maximise revenue opportunities.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and sales excellence through training and feedback.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration to improve communication, processes, and delivery.
Performance & Growth
