B2B Sales Manager (Events & MICE)

We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to join our growing International Events and MICE Business in Dubai.

Our company operates between Dubai (UAE) and Georgia, delivering high‑end corporate events, MICE programs, conferences, and incentive travel experiences for international companies.

This role is fully focused on B2B clients only — corporate companies, HR departments, agencies, and decision‑makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively generate and close B2B sales for corporate events, conferences, and MICE programs
  • Develop relationships with corporate clients, HR teams, and business partners in the UAE
  • Promote Georgia as a premium destination for corporate events and incentive travel
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels
  • Manage client communication from first contact to deal closing
  • Coordinate closely with the operations and event teams in Georgia
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reporting
Compensation & Benefits
  • Fixed salary: 10,000 – 12,000 AED (net)

Requirements
