Qualifications

• 6–12 years of experience in overseas steel sales or steel trading.
• Proven experience in Middle East steel import/export business.
• Strong understanding of international trade operations and procedures.
• Excellent negotiation skills and customer relationship management capability.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage overseas steel sales operations from the Dubai office.
• Handle steel import and export activities including contracts, pricing, logistics, and trade documentation.
• Manage and grow multiple customer accounts across the Middle East and overseas markets.
• Conduct commercial negotiations and conclude sales agreements.
• Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure fast, accurate, and professional communication with all stakeholders.
