The Opportunity

A leadership role responsible for driving top-line revenue and forecasts across regions by executing our commercial strategy and business plan using company processes and tools.

The Regional Director of Sales will:
  1. Lead, coach, develop, recruit, and retain commercial team talent, managing performance against KPIs.
  2. Achieve budgeted revenues across all streams, including Rooms, while managing costs, channels, and marketing opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with finance and operations to maximize profits in line with GOP and EBITDA targets.
  4. Implement Business Review Guidelines and Pricing Strategies to optimize sales and market share.
  5. Support marketing efforts and liaise with hotel teams for performance optimization.
  6. Work with Revenue Manager to develop market strategies and approve pricing.
  7. Build relationships with stakeholders to maximize commercial benefits.
  8. Coordinate with senior leadership to present strategies to stakeholders.
Who we look for

A proactive self-starter with:

  • At least 5 years in hospitality/travel, with 3+ managing sales or commercial teams.
  • Knowledge in marketing, e-commerce, and finance.
  • Leadership style that is proactive, client-oriented, and inspiring.
  • Experience in branded environments.
  • Outgoing personality with drive and determination.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
