What You’ll Do
  • Develop Winning Sales Strategies: Design and execute data-driven strategies to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Lead & Inspire the Team: Mentor, guide, and elevate a team of sales professionals through training, coaching, and ongoing performance development
  • Manage the Full Sales Pipeline: Oversee prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures with efficiency and precision
  • Build & Maintain Key Accounts: Cultivate strong relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners

Who We’re Looking For
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years in senior sales leadership (Sales Manager or Sales Director)
  • Proven Results: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets, with verifiable turnover records
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a sales team while enforcing accountability and performance excellence
  • Excellent Communication: Skilled negotiator and presenter with experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Analytical & Strategic: Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions
  • Valid Driver’s License: Flexible to travel for client meetings, events, and market development initiatives
