What You’ll Do
- Develop Winning Sales Strategies: Design and execute data-driven strategies to exceed revenue targets and drive business growth
- Lead & Inspire the Team: Mentor, guide, and elevate a team of sales professionals through training, coaching, and ongoing performance development
- Manage the Full Sales Pipeline: Oversee prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures with efficiency and precision
- Build & Maintain Key Accounts: Cultivate strong relationships with high-value clients and strategic partners
- Expand Market Reach: Identify new markets, opportunities, and competitive angles to increase market share
- Track Performance & KPIs: Monitor sales metrics and reporting to optimize team productivity and sales outcomes
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and optimize sales strategies
- Champion Customer-Centricity: Ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional service, retention, and long-term client satisfaction
- Forecast & Budget: Build accurate sales forecasts and help manage departmental budgets

Who We’re Looking For
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years in senior sales leadership (Sales Manager or Sales Director)
- Proven Results: Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets, with verifiable turnover records
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a sales team while enforcing accountability and performance excellence
- Excellent Communication: Skilled negotiator and presenter with experience managing senior stakeholders
- Analytical & Strategic: Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions
- Valid Driver’s License: Flexible to travel for client meetings, events, and market development initiatives
