1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate app functionality.
2. Execute and oversee end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Verification Testing (PVT) by various functional Business units.
3. Conduct manual testing to identify and document software defects and inconsistencies.
4. Collaborate with development teams and Business Analysts to understand software requirements and design appropriate test cases.
5. Participate in the identification and resolution of software defects and issues.
6. Document and communicate test results and evidences, highlighting deviations on Jira.
7. Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to improve software quality.
8. Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
9. Arrange and coordinate demo sessions of tested features with BAs and the development team.
10. Perform regression testing to ensure new code does not impact existing features.

• Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar QA role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with manual testing and test case design.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with performance testing tools.
• Experience testing web, mobile applications, and APIs.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language for automation (e.g., Java, Python, Selenium).
• Understanding of CI/CD processes.
