The successful candidate will have extensive experience in business operations, fintech, and leading cross-functional teams, particularly in the MENA region. This role is pivotal in driving the company's expansion in high-opportunity markets and requires strong leadership capabilities and a robust understanding of the regional landscape.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years in business operations, fintech, payments, or consumer tech.
• Strong network in KSA and GCC regulatory and banking landscape.
• Proven experience in launching cross-border fintech/payment services.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational setup for KSA and ME markets.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Risk, Legal and Compliance teams.
• Hire and mentor high-performing regional teams.
• Define and implement operational strategy, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
• Drive operational efficiency and automation across customer journeys.
