Executive Sales Director Middle East Region

Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking an Executive Sales Director reporting to the Vice President of Middle East Sales. This pivotal role is based in Dubai United Arab Emirates .The position is expected to be 100% onsite.

This role is critical in establishing and cultivating high-level relationships with airline customers in the Middle East Region. The Executive Sales Director will be tasked with developing strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and driving substantial revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will identify opportunities within the market allocate necessary resources and create an executive involvement plan to ensure successful sales and execution. Additionally the Executive Sales Director will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive sales plans that leverage our competitive position in the market.

Position Responsibilities
  • Executive interface with Middle East Region customer organizations at the senior executive level
  • Will act as key interface with leaders on accounts in the sales region Develops specific strategies for key customers and the region and identify opportunities to achieve aircraft sales objectives
  • Develops and manages the Sales strategies for the accounts supported
  • Mentors peers and others by sharing knowledge and experience to win / close sales
  • Leverages resources and knowledge of Boeing products services processes and operations to support customer commitments gain competitive advantage and foster business growth
  • Creates maintains and advances customer relationships to become a trusted business partner
  • Develops in-depth knowledge of customer business culture requirements and related topics to gain competitive advantage
  • Interfaces with customers and internal Boeing resources to keep all parties apprised of key issues
  • Provides business case analysis develops and obtains authorization to proceed with customer solutions
  • Leads sales campaign activities by executing strategies and tactics to foster business growth with acceptable margins
  • Assists in preparing proposals by developing and reviewing the statement of work cost estimates executive summary and pricing
  • Researches reviews and analyzes information about competitors products and services to leverage and improve competitive position and to secure customer commitments on behalf of The Boeing Company
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)
  • 5 years experience working in the Sales and Marketing domain
  • 5 years experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience using critical business and financial acumen to influence and shape strategy
  • Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions
  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships across all levels of customer government involvement and Boeing
  • Must be able and willing to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience)
  • Proven experience in the Saudi commercial aviation market including demonstrated success partnering with national airline carriers and deep understanding of local regulatory requirements.
  • Experience interfacing with airline customer organizations at the senior executive level
  • Ability to successfully lead or engage a multi-functional global sales team
  • Extensive knowledge of the customer base and business environment in the leasing and airline industries
  • Demonstrated ability to work across various levels of management at airline customers to achieve positive results for Boeing Bachelors degree or higher

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

This requisition is for an international locally hired position in Dubai UAE. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S.-based payroll and will commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable UAE law.
