We are seeking a motivated and innovative Graduate Supervision Engineer to join our Integrated Construction Delivery team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation in construction supervision, contributing to modernization and efficiency aligned with our strategic goals.

As a Graduate Supervision Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the evolution of construction supervision methods through analytical thinking, problem-solving, and AI engineering.
• Contributing to the implementation of digital tools and data-driven workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration.

This position involves working at the intersection of emerging technologies, innovation, and multidisciplinary project delivery, collaborating with regional and global teams to shape the future of construction supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess current workflows and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Conduct research on AI technologies and their applications in construction management.
• Collect and analyze data to inform project decisions and AI strategies.
• Assist in managing research projects, ensuring milestones are met.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate AI solutions using Microsoft Azure Sandbox and related tools.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Prepare reports and presentations on research findings and AI strategies.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve project efficiency, sustainability, and performance.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to adopt new digital workflows.

The successful candidate will develop their AI engineering knowledge and deliver initiatives that enhance our business agility and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, electronic engineering, or equivalent.
• Near graduation or MSc in Artificial Intelligence, data science, or related fields.
• Proficiency in AI technologies, data analysis, neural networks, deep learning, and programming languages such as Python or R, as well as Azure Sandbox.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team.
• Passion for leveraging AI to drive construction innovation.
