The Role / Responsibilities:

We are offering a position to sell a range of Moodys solutions within the Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, & Private Banking segments. There is significant opportunity to deliver complex solutions leveraging Moodys platforms, data, and analytics offerings in the Supply Chain Data & AI KYx domains, as well as Credit, Cyber, Climate use cases, to prospective customers at a larger scale, benefiting both customers and Moodys. This role involves identifying, developing, and grasping such opportunities in collaboration with colleagues across the organization and industry. While there may be limited account management opportunities, this will primarily be a new business role.

The initial territory is the Middle East, excluding KSA, Egypt, Kuwait, and Turkey.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell to prospective customers within the Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, & Private Banking industries, delivering enterprise solutions at a larger scale to benefit both customers and Moodys. Identify, develop, and seize such opportunities in coordination with colleagues and industry partners.
  • Drive strategic engagement and build commercial relationships with key customers, ensuring Moodys delivery.
  • Present enterprise propositions tailored to customers' strategic needs, establishing C-suite relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities through strategic projects to expand within core customer bases.
  • Build, implement, and monitor strategic account plans; forecast and report on key metrics.
  • Utilize deep sector insights to uncover opportunities and risks, addressing them effectively.
  • Share feedback and market intelligence internally to inform strategy and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex software and data sales into Financial Industry accounts across GCC and the wider Middle East.
  • Proven ability to deliver large, complex sales end-to-end confidently.
  • Strong knowledge of banking, risk management, and analytics in key workflows.
  • Preferably, extensive risk knowledge covering national and international regulations.
  • Excellent work ethic; systematic, organized, persuasive, friendly, and capable of engaging prospects and clients at all levels.
  • Well-connected within relevant industries; aware of the latest trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in person and virtually.
  • Fluent in Arabic; expert language skills are essential.
  • BA/BS degree required; advanced degrees (MBA, JD, LLB, MA, MS, MEng) preferred.
