A leading facilities management company in UAE is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to develop maintenance plans for MEP systems, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, with at least 6 years of relevant experience, including significant time in the UAE. Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of HVAC systems are essential for this role.
Formación
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry.
- 4–5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for MEP systems.
- Provide technical support and respond to maintenance requests.
- Monitor the condition of MEP assets and conduct site inspections.
