We are hiring a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on SEO (On-Page and Off-Page) to enhance organic visibility, increase qualified leads and strengthen the digital presence of a leading real estate brand in the premium shared office space sector. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on UAE experience and a proven track record of delivering measurable SEO results within the commercial real estate industry.

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the UAE real estate market.

• Conduct in-depth SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance rankings and organic performance.

• Optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking and content for maximum search visibility.

• Perform detailed keyword research for workspace‑related search terms.

• Analyze competitor performance to identify gaps and new opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website pages, blogs and digital assets.

• Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and user search intent.

• Build and execute link‑building strategies through outreach partnerships and industry‑related publications.

• Strengthen domain authority with high‑quality backlinks.

• Work with the development team to resolve crawl issues, speed problems, indexing errors and mobile optimization requirements.

• Monitor and maintain Core Web Vitals and technical performance.

• Track keyword performance, traffic trends and conversions using GA4, Search Console and SEO tools.

• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights.

• Optimize Google Business Profiles across multiple locations.

• Manage reviews, local citations and map rankings to improve local visibility.

• Expertise in on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO

• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, specifically premium shared office spaces

• Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)

• Solid knowledge of GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and reporting skills

• Ability to manage multiple SEO initiatives simultaneously

• Understanding of content strategy and digital customer journeys

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in digital marketing with a major focus on SEO

• Mandatory experience in real estate (preferably commercial or premium workspace sector)
