Responsibilities

• Attending hospital phone calls.
• Ensure all patients are charged for supplies and procedures in the hospital information system for final billing.
• Ensures entry of stock for consumable and non-consumable supplies available in the clinic.
• Coordinate the telephone enquiries and inform the concerned person.
• Arrange follow-up appointment for patients and coordinate.
• Promotes professional communication and maintain confidentiality.
• Medical records maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness in examination rooms and equipment.
• Follow up on insurance approvals.
• Assist Registered Nurse in maintaining stock and equipment list.
