The Role

This role offers you the opportunity of hands-on-real-world experience within the Private Investments team. You will have strong visibility within the organization, and you will work on investment opportunities from initiation to exit. This includes early stage analysis, structuring of the deal and overseeing the investment all the way to exit. Individuals who show responsibility, will also be given the opportunity to engage with investment partners around the world. You will perform insightful research and analysis on markets and key sectors, evaluate and present quality reporting for investment opportunities, and help the firm in developing our strategic plans. Additionally, the role requires working closely with the Finance team to support performance monitoring and reporting.

With time, the successful candidate may add additional responsibilities such as overlooking and reporting on the overall investment portfolio of the firm.

What we are looking for

Our Investment Management team is looking for a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst, who is UAE-based with 8+ years of relevant experience having direct exposure to investment projects. An ideal candidate would have had experience with a reputable Investment Bank or a Private Investment firm and have had the opportunity to work on various Real Estate investment opportunities among others. The individual must demonstrate exceptional fundamental analysis skills including ability to evaluate overall market impact on investments.

We value individuals who demonstrate initiative, analytical thinking, discipline, resilience, clarity in communication and genuine passion for attention to details in support of investment opportunities.

The candidate must have a university degree in Finance or equivalent. An MBA is a plus.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be considered you must demonstrate:

• 8+ years of relevant experience having direct exposure to investment projects.
• Capabilities in performing complete analysis and feasibility studies focused on Real Estate investments.
• Conduct Due Diligence for target investments as well as valuation analysis based on true drivers.
• Ability to conduct clear and effective reviews with the investment team in support of decision making.
• Knowledge of performance tracking of asset portfolio through dashboards and KPIs.
• Ability to create and maintain financial models for valuing and forecasting asset-specific performance.
• Good understanding of market trends and their impact on various business lines and forecasts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in the use of Excel and various software packages

Budget for this position is 35k plus standard benefits
