This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Administrator based in Dubai. The Real Estate Administrator will be responsible for supporting property management activities, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing property listings, coordinating with clients and tenants, assisting with lettings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Property Management and Lettings
- Experience in Administrative Assistance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai is a plus
- High level of proficiency in MS Office and property management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
