Role Description

As a Property Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while providing expert advice, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining exceptional client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, using market knowledge and professional expertise to guide them through their property journey.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements.
  • Provide personalized property consultations and tailored solutions.
  • Regularly update clients on market trends, available properties, and investment opportunities.
  • Assist clients in property viewings, negotiations, and finalizing transactions.
  • Prepare necessary documentation such as tenancy agreements, sale contracts, and leasing forms.
  • Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal advisors to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current property values, trends, and new developments.
  • Provide clients with accurate and updated information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Source and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Actively participate in property exhibitions, events, and meetings to grow the client base.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE property laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
Qualifications
