A leading real estate regulatory body in the UAE is seeking a Senior Manager in Real Estate Regulatory Affairs to develop and implement strategic policies. The ideal candidate will oversee project compliance, formulate regulations, and manage stakeholder relationships. Requirements include 7-12 years in the UAE's government sector, strong financial acumen, and deep knowledge of real estate development processes. This role is pivotal to supporting the emirate's vision in the real estate sector.
Snr Manager Real Estate Regulatory Affairs will be leading and further developing the Real Estate Regulation Department. Reporting to the Head of Lands and Properties, successful candidate will directly oversee the four sections’ managers and lead all department affairs related to real estate development and free zones in the emirate; contribute to policy and regulatory development; and prepare and implement strategic and operational plans to support the emirate’s vision for the real estate sector.
Main competencies required for this role are strategic focus in formulating and shaping the policies and regulations as well as strong capabilities in developing, monitoring, and evaluating KPIs.
