• Prepare necessary documentation and contracts for property transactions.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals and industry experts as needed.

• Valid real estate license in the state where you will work.
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with real estate software and MS Office Suite.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
