A leading real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Agent. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market research, and promoting properties. Ideal candidates should have a background in sales, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of Dubai's real estate market. A competitive remuneration package with a fixed salary and attractive commission will be offered.
Qualifications
- Real estate agent license or sales experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- English fluency required.
- Freshers and candidates from banking / insurance sales are also welcome.

Our client is looking for dynamic and results-oriented candidates for a permanent, full-time position of Real Estate Agent, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties,
- Understand and meet client financial and property needs,
- Conduct market research and property valuations,
- List and promote properties through multiple channels,
- Stay updated on market trends and legal compliance.
The company will also support an onboarded candidate with high-quality leads to facilitate business development activities and to achieve great results.
- Real estate agent license or sales experience preferred,

A remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary, benefits and an attractive commission shall be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
Proven real estate sales leadership experience in Dubai; Excellent negotiation and communication skills; Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and regulations; Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing (relevant certifications a plus).
