A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking a Construction Manager with 10-15 years of experience in the industry and a strong track record of managing complex projects. The role involves overseeing on-site construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulations and timelines. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. This position is based in Dubai and offers competitive compensation.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 8 years in the UAE.
- Proven track record in managing complex construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and UAE regulations.
Responsabilités
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for compliance.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets.
